Step-by-step guidance

Obtain Your Driving Record

  • Obtain a K4 printout of your public driving record on-line or from any CA DMV kiosk.
  • Verify your eligibility for license reinstatement in-person at the your local DMV or by calling the DMV's Mandatory Action Unit at 916.657.6525.

Enroll in our Court-Approved DUI Program

  • We will guide you regarding the appropriate program based on your conviction. 
  • You will provide a court referral or DMV documentation at the time of enrollment.
  • Pay the required enrollment fee based on your program selection.
  • Please allow up to 2 hours for the orientation process. 

Fulfill Program Requirements

  • Attend all required classes and counseling sessions.
  • Make timely payments according to your program schedule.
  • Complete any additional assessments or assignments.

Obtain Completion Certificate

  • Upon completing all of the requirements for your  DUI program, we will issue you a completion certificate and notify the court and/or the CA DMV.

Apply for License Reinstatement

  • Obtain SR-22 insurance.
  • Schedule an appointment with the DMV to reinstate your license.
  • Once at the DMV you will provide proof of your program completion and any other necessary documents and pay applicable DMV fees.

How do I enroll in a DUI program?

Simply call our Hemet or Moreno Valley location to schedule an appointment. You’ll need a court referral or DMV printout, a photo ID, and the enrollment fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, money orders, and PayPal.

Note: You must request an invoice to make a payment.

Monthly & weekly payment plans are available.

Do you offer online classes?

Yes! We offer Telehealth DUI classes via the Zoom platform. You must be knowledgeable about Zoom to qualify.  Please ask us about eligibility and availability.

How long does it take to complete a DUI program?

Program length varies:

  • Wet Reckless: 12 hours.
  • First Offender: 3-months, 6-months & 9 months (depending upon your consistent  attendance)
  • Multiple Offender: 18 months
What happens if I miss a class?

Make-up sessions may be available, but attendance policies must be followed to stay compliant with court and DMV requirements.
